Bath & Skin Care

  • Pre-groom assessment of coat and skin

  • Two-step professional shampoo:

    • First wash cleanses dirt and oils

    • Second wash conditions skin and coat

  • Specialty shampoos used when required

  • Thorough rinse to prevent irritation

Healthy skin supports coat growth and helps prevent itching, infections, and discomfort

Drying & Coat Preparation

  • Towel dry followed by professional blow-drying

  • Brushing during drying to prevent tangles

  • Drying method chosen for comfort and coat type

Proper drying prevents hidden matting, hot spots, and odour while preparing the coat for styling.

Clipping & Styling

  • Full body clip or agreed style

  • Face, feet, and sanitary areas tidied

  • Matting removed safely where possible

Regular trimming keeps coats manageable, prevents painful matting, and keeps dogs comfortable year-round.

Eyes, Ears & Face Care

  • Eye area trimmed for comfort and visibility

  • Ears cleaned and excess hair tidied when appropriate

  • Ear health checked and noted

Routine eye and ear care reduces infection risk and helps identify issues early

Nails, Paws & Hygiene

  • Nails trimmed and/or filed

  • Paw pads trimmed to prevent slipping and matting

  • Feet shaped neatly
