A full groom varies based on your dog's size and coat condition, starting at $85 for our smaller breeds.

The duration can vary but typically takes between 2-3 hours.

We prioritise the comfort and well bring of your dog, taking the time needed to achieve a snazzy finish. You will be notified when your dog is ready to be collected.

If you have a particular time constraint, please let us know at the time of booking.

We recommend you schedule regular appointments every 6-8 weeks to prevent matting and tangling, and to maintain optimal coat health.

Yes we do!

Nail trimming is included in every Full Groom appointment.

Additionally, we offer a once off nail trimming service if your dog requires it.

Dogs need their nails trimmed to prevent pain, posture issues or injury.

Additional charges apply based on the extra time it takes to remove the mats safely without causing too much discomfort for your dog.

We use high-quality, all-natural grooming products made by Smith & Burton that are gentle on your dog’s skin and coat. They are New Zealand-made and are a cruelty-free canine grooming line enriched with natural ingredients. All products are free from harsh chemicals and chosen with your dog’s well-being in mind.

Introducing your puppy to grooming tools and the groomer early on is beneficial for their socialisation and helps them become comfortable with the process.
