To book, call us on 027 231 2881, send a text or message us on Messenger. Please provide us with your dog's name, breed, age, the condition of their coat and when they were last groomed. We will also need your name and contact phone number. A current photo is also very helpful.

YES, by appointment only. Currently I only offer a Saturday every 6 weeks. Limited appointments and pricing adjusted accordingly for this premium service. To secure a Saturday appointment, a $50 deposit is required which will come off the full price of the groom. This is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

A full groom varies based on your dog's size and coat condition, starting at $85 for our smaller breeds. For a tentative quote, please contact us with details about your dog.

The duration can vary but typically takes between 2-3 hours. We prioritise the comfort and well bring of your dog, taking the time needed to achieve a snazzy finish. You will be notified when your dog is ready to be collected. If you have a particular time constraint, please let us know at the time of booking.

We recommend you schedule regular appointments every 6-8 weeks to prevent matting and tangling, and to maintain optimal coat health.

Yes, but only as a complimentary service to small/medium dogs booked in for a Full Groom. Dogs need their nails trimmed to prevent pain, posture issues or injury.

Additional charges apply based on the extra time it takes to remove the mats safely without causing too much discomfort for your dog.

We use high-quality, all-natural grooming products made by Smith & Burton that are gentle on your dog’s skin and coat. They are New Zealand-made and are a cruelty-free canine grooming line enriched with natural ingredients. All products are free from harsh chemicals and chosen with your dog’s well-being in mind.

Introducing your puppy to grooming tools and the groomer early on is beneficial for their socialisation and helps them become comfortable with the process.

We specialise in premium grooming for small to medium breeds (up to 20kg). If you’re unsure, just send us your dog’s breed, size, and coat type and we’ll happily let you know if we’re a good fit. A current photo would be best.
